Feedback and bug reports
The fastest way is the Send feedback button in the footer bar — it is on every page. Feedback is written straight into the system and I read all of it.
The most useful feedback usually has three parts:
- What you were doing — for example “entering costs for a 40-step process”.
- What you expected — “I expected to enter cost as an hourly rate”.
- What actually happened — “only an absolute amount can be entered”.
If you think a number is computed wrongly, use Export → draw.io and send that file along with the number you calculated by hand. With the file I can reproduce it immediately, and if it really is a bug it becomes a test case so that it never comes back.

| The feedback button in the footer | Everything else — the fastest route |
Your data is yours
This tool is free and always will be, but it is not open source. That changes nothing about the data you put in: every process can be downloaded at any time in open formats, so you are never locked into the tool.
- draw.io / BPMN 2.0 — reopen it in any drawing software.
- CSV — steps, flows, detailed line items, scenarios; open in Excel.
- Mermaid — embed it directly in technical documentation.
- The original file — the exact file you uploaded, unmodified.
Delete your account on the Profile page and every process and edit history is deleted with it, immediately, with no copy kept.
Supporting the project
The tool is free but the server is not. If it saves you a few hours of work, the Support page has bank transfer and e-wallet details. If that is not convenient, never mind — sharing it with a colleague or sending a piece of feedback is worth just as much.
